Instrument Fitting
Our trained technician will help you find the correct size of instrument for you or your child. As part of the rental process we also provide with tips on how to look after and care for the rental instrument.
Identification and contact information
There is a written rental agreement you must complete (allow 15 minutes). You must bring a photo ID with you when you collect the rental package. The photo ID should show your current street address.
Security deposit and payment
Canberra String Rentals requires an upfront security deposit. This deposit is refundable on the return of the rental package in good condition; allowing for wear and tear. There is a minimum three month rental period. The first three months rental must be paid in advance upon signing the rental agreement. Canberra String Rentals uses a third party company Ezidebit to manage direct withdrawals for the rental payments. Ezidebit terms and conditions are here.
